Statistically speaking for self defense situations with a firearm in America you are completely wrong. The young lady did an excellent job of defending herself and her co worker. Now the police can do their job and find the woman abusing POS.

Every year millions stop the threat by drawing and not shooting. If police fired every time they drew, the need to draw equals need to shoot believers would be all over them.

And if they don't----he will go on to victimize another some day.
If they do...the taxpayer will foot the bill to prosecute, sentence and support his ass in prison for years to come....or he will be let loose to victimize again.
The moral and ethical responsibility is to protect yourself and rid society of those that need to die!
More dead thugs=less repeat offenders and less expense to us.

Using deadly force in a self defense situation is an exception to aggravated assault, or homicide, when the outcome is likely your death or serious injury.
It is NOT a way to rid society of miscreants.

Sure and quite possibly find yourself in jail or being sued depending on the circumstances and the state you live in.
All you Billy bad ass “killers” out there are piss poor representatives for the carry movement and full of shit. Keep your advice, ethics and broken moral compasses to yourself.

A blow to the head can be quite lethal......she was justified to use deadly force to defend herself.

Without audio, it is hard to tell what was said between Annie Oakley and the wannabe badass.
But the way the badass backed down, he didn't have a beef with Annie, so Annie didn't need to shoot him.
