Default HELP! Need a Safety Selector Detent ASAP

I was building an AR yesterday when I lost the safety selector detent. Anyone in the Philly area have an extra one they could spare me? I promised a number of friends we would go to the range later this afternoon.

Always order spare detents. I don't think I've built a lower where one of those bastards didn't fly off into the ether.

Call local shops and ask if they have an AR repair kit. The kits are an assortment of the small easily lost parts. They cost between $14 and $32 depending on what's included.

If the shop has a gun smith on staff it's very good odds he will have a full set up of small parts for ARs.

Maybe that is why they are called OOPs kits!

Doesn't help you this minute, but there's a reason they sell them as "Oops Kits"
