    Default New requirement for your fall out kit?

    The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

    That's pretty cool but damn expensive! I think a few drops of bleach would do the same thing?

    Or shave a few small pieces off of a chlorine tablet from a pool, easier to transport.

    But bleached water may kill stuff before you drink it (hopefully) but you still are drinking it. Plus you can't drink it immediately, you have to wait a while normally

    howabout just umm... boiling it.

    added time (hiking / recreation / war zone),

    need for fire (desert / cave/bunker, heavy rain)

    need to have a pan on you to boil in (added weight)

    need to let it cool down (see time)
