Firearms on a boat
As there's lots of rivers and lakes all over Pa . What rules are there for carrying a firearm be it a handgun or long gun on your pleasure boat in Pa and this would also include Lake Erie . I am assuming a LTCF would still be needed for a handgun to be in your possession on the boat ? But is the long gun rules the same on a boat as in a car/ truck that it can't be loaded ect ect .

For the most part, you're ok carrying on a boat, except for waters that are under the control of the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE). On any waters that border certain communist states, be damn sure you don't cross over the line into that state's waters.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: Firearms on a boat
Make sure your boat doesn't sink if you have all of your guns in it. That would be quite the tragic accident.
