Once again, another law that fails to work for the intended target (aka criminals). A stolen gun won't have a micro-stamp registered to the shooter, I'm pretty sure. They are so idiotic.
Oh, no... the not unsafe handgun registry has absolutely nothing to do with stopping criminals from anything and everything to do with controlling law abiding citizens ability to enjoy their 2A rights. I'm not sure there is a single piece of legislation regarding firearms in California that actually is about stopping criminals... they are about creating them.

Because we're obviously trying to circumvent the law and go on a killing rampage. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with the costs of buying sufficient factory ammo to meet our regular needs.

See what happens when men stand down to evil while evil grows and wicked play their mind games with the law.

Just checked California's "safe" handgun list. Everything on this list is scheduled to expire on 01/01/2019. Unless renewed (more state-sponsored extortion), it's off the list. Once off the list, there's no way it can get back on.

Safe handguns? There are no such things. Every one of them is dangerous in untrained or criminal hands.

Just wait until Trump's new SCOTUS judge is installed.

The timing couldn't have been better.
