CA Supreme Court rules in favor of their Micro Stamping Law

California State Supreme court ruled that even though micro stamping technology doesn’t exist, that fact doesn’t invalidate the law. Therefore California’s de facto ban on new semi auto handguns remains in effect.

This nonsense will wreck "microstamping" in other States. If these people had any sense they'd force government funding into developing a workable microstamp system. This would encourage other states to pass such a law.

I don't want microstamping. A handgun ban using this gimmick will just create more resistance in other states.
