Any ammo shipping restrictions in PA?

I usually buy from https://www.bulkammo.com/ and was just wondering if there were any restrictions on ammo shipping in PA? I buy 5.56 and 9mm in bulk for the range, so 1000 to 2000 rounds at once.

I understand that people have issues having ammo shipped to Pittsburgh. I have never had problems getting it shipped to Berks County.

I have a Pittsburgh city zip code and get ammo delivered regularly. If a shipper isn't shipping it's them, not any kind of law or restriction especially since PA is a preemption state.

So I could see no shipping to Philly under some city of the first class law, but not to anywhere else in the state.

I live in Philly and have never had an issue with ammo not being delivered to my address.

Cabela's, PSA, Natchez, Target Sports, Freedom Munitions- All no problem. Sometimes just a couple boxes, sometimes bulk cases.
