I want to keep the top covered so they think it has a gun in it.

They can't argue with that. Even Uncle Joe says "Get a shotgun"

Went today with OWB holster semi-concealed with bottom 2" exposed and button-down shirt untucked. There was noticeably something on my hip and I exposed even more when reaching for my wallet, but nothing was said. Now I have to wait 4 years to try again, really was expecting to be swatted for a MWAG.

You don't have to wait four years - take your auto registration down each year and give them hell!
Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.

Didn't realize you could renew registration at photo center. BTW, I looked at the other stores, ( Dunkin' Donuts, Pizza Hut, Party shop, etc.) no signs any where. Only spot around to murder un-armed people.
