With that acknowledgment, everyone of age and eligibility should carry a rifle and 4 mags.

But please - don't vote for leftist tools. Leave all nanny-state expectations on the east side of the river.

You don't have to worry about me (or my fiancee), I'm moving out of here to get away from that shit. In return, PA will gain two non-blue voters.

Good job getting the HELL out of that shithole and back into the United States. (I am not an expert) Assuming you did all of the transferring at an FFL in a rogue state's territory- and they are legally yours- you simply pack them up/lock them up according to federal law's requirements and drive them over the border into the United States. You could probably take everything over 'as is', but if the gestapo come knocking, it's on the original owner (your mother).

The part about purchasing 'pistol permits' for each pistol is horse shit, and a blatant violation of your rights. You could seek an experienced attorney but nothing will get done to stop these people until the rogue territory's people say 'enough'. Too many sheep there to do that.

To be totally above board, If you have >15 rd mags I think you would have to destroy them or turn them in (which is very dicey depending on where you do it) and buy new ones in PA.
Fuck them. I know what I would do- and I am not allowed to disclose what that is. Maybe it is complying- maybe it isn't.

As a guy who lives in a state where you need to file for a permit and undergo a background check and a 30+ day wait just to buy a BB gun, I am amazed by this
What, our commonwealth's laws? it goes to show you how much the rogue territory has taken your right's away.

If you absolutely must have those handguns I would go this route.

We are fighting them off well 'in general' but once we lose control of everything they will shove the big cockadookey down our throats- and I won't be complying with it if they do.

Although I alluded otherwise earlier, that 'dance' is the equivalent of sticking a teddy cactus you know where.

It has always been my impression that a parent can just GIVE their kid (over 21 for a handgun) guns without any paperwork. At least in Pennsylvania.

Age of possession of a "firearm"(handgun, SBS, SBR) in PA is 18yo. ...just have to be 21yo to buy ammo for it, or to have one transferred to you through a FFL.

Wow, an owner of an LGS told me it was 21. I guess he isn't a lawyer.

The two worst places to get legality info on guns is:

    1. Gun shops
    2. Cops
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
