Default Are there any good pocket holsters out there?

Specifically, I'm looking for something for an LCP.

I like the idea of a pocket pistol for a backup gun, but the holster that comes with the LCP Custom is, in my opinion, garbage. Half the time it doesn't stay in the pocket when the pistol is drawn, and it just isn't rigid enough to properly protect the trigger.

For those of you who pocket carry, what holsters do you recommend?

JustinHemi just posted about a company that makes good ones, but I can't remember which thread he posted it in. Sorry! He did say there was a long lead time however.

Hickok45 always mentioned the Alabama Holster version. I made one similar in design to it for my snubby and it works well. I don't use it much because I prefer belt carry. If I ever got something smaller I'd try it again.

Alabama, if you can stand the lead time.

I was checking out their website. That does look ideal. Nice rigid kydex. Exactly how long did you wait?

I think it was 4 weeks for the P365. I have one for my LCP2, Karh CM9, and now P365. I like the little thumb break they mold into it. Their website should say current lead time somewhere. My Karh was like 8 weeks.

There are inexpensive kydex pocket holsters on eBay. Some of them might even be good!
