He looked like he was very careful to make sure the holster was clear. He looked in it before holstering his gun.
The shirt did look like it was behind the gun after the accident, maybe got caught right at the end...

I have heard of some people having trouble with aftermarket trigger screws walking out of the trigger and catching the side of the holster.

I'm not sure but is this even real? Sorry but I don't really trust everything I see on the internet. The video was posted anonymously. The video abruptly ends rather than showing any blood or even an answer to her question asking where he is shot. This could be a plant besmirching the holster or even carrying guns.

A couple nights ago I put the mag holder back on my Incog for my shield (been carrying G42 appendix in Incog Eclipse and thought I might move the shield from 3 o'clock) and when I had it all set up I noticed the shield could tip up a bit (into the silencer cut-out) just by moving the mag holder a bit.

Yes, I had already checked the retention screw and retention was pretty tight. Don't know if that level of movement could pull the trigger, but I wasn't torquing it around either, just a loaded mag levering on that open side could "rattle" the pistol.

Also wonder if he lightened the trigger pull or if it was factory.

Did seem like the shirt might have been involved somehow.

You can definitely see the handgun fell OUT of the holster.. he put his bugger hook on the trigger.
FBI is pretty strict that they are not allowed alcohol while carrying a duty pistol or back up..
If that is either, he just ended his career
