I would like to see a mirrored bill introduced to limit First Amendment rights of those who endanger the rights of the public by thoughtlessly and maliciously suggesting unconstitutional acts against other rights. "Whereas stupid and ineffective proposals should be eliminated by the democratic process, some crackpot ideas do, in fact, become law. Since those idiotic proposals must come from somewhere, be it enacted that serial proposers of numbskull proposals shall be prohibited from further littering of the legislative process by prohibiting those persons from suggesting any additional proposed legislation, of any kind, and that all writing materials, equipment, tools, supplies and access be confiscated from them and the possession of such tools of mischief be punishable by law."
