Mag limit change to SGL rifle ranges

I was at the Wexford range today and talkinig with Ranger that has become a passing aquantance. Somehow he mentioned that we can have 6 rounds in rifle mags! I can now shoot a 5 round group!

This was changed last year, I believe. 6 round limit, total, including round in chamber.

Most range retards think if their gun isn't loaded it's ok to point it at people and touch it when your down range. I don't know how many times I've yelled at people for that.

This is specifically intended to include loading a firearm, operating or manipulating a loaded firearm, or discharging a firearm anywhere on the firing range while another person is downrange.
