Obviously they need to be re-educated.......they are motivated seeing "successful" shootings.......time to reverse that conclusion.......someone has to shoot back and stop the successes.....if they believe their chance of success is zero......they will rethink it and go back to just being a pajama boy loser.

Yep, they're not going on shooting sprees at the local PD now, are they?

Or at gun shows. If guns cause murders, then clearly we'd expect every gun show to turn into that "Wild West" scenario that the snowflakes always predict in dire tones, where every perceived insult turns into 30 guns discharging in all directions.

The only deaths at gun shows are caused by accidents and stupidity, and they are rare. Probably less common than deaths on the ski slopes. Or horseback riding. Probably more deaths on the highways as people drive to gun shows, than we ever have inside the "unrestricted arsenals of deadly anarchy" (or, "tables of things you might buy for your hobby".)

Interesting hypothesis... seems kinda like saying that people recognize that things are all messed up, but they are powerless to do anything about it. The mass shooters are lone wolves because the system has effectively shut down any type of organized response. So, mass shooters are something of a grass-roots rebellion.

Sorta like how the deep-state isn't (probably) an actual organization, but like minded individuals supporting each other organically.

One would think that being a kid in the most powerful nation the world has ever known would be a wonderful treat to every one of them. Why would there be so much anger and rage?

I see it more that it doesn't require so much rage and anger. Someone else already popped the cork, now getting soggy tater-tots is a sufficient enough outrage to shoot up the school, because everyone else is doing it. The first kid to eat a Tide-pod was an edgy, daring, nonconformist. Every one since then is one more dickhead willing to follow the trend-setter to be part of that crowd. Sure, a lot of them are suicidal but ending their own life is no longer the preferred way to go out. Now they want a nation's attention.

It makes me wonder what their home life is like, there are more dysfunctional families out there than not.

    Agree, although...

I know some great (loving) parents whose kids turned out bad and also some loser parents whose kids turned out to be model citizens. My point is, most of us do the best we can with our kids, but sometimes they just go astray, despite our best efforts. My heart goes out to those dedicated parents when things don’t work out with their kids.

Makes me wonder what their interaction with, "the system," is.
