CCP recognized in 70% of US

So, I received an email (from the 2A state of Kommiefornia) for a Concealed Carry Permit Certification so "I can protect myself and those around me legally". Wow! Just think, I won't have to go anywhere, I can do it 100% online. I'm so glad CA is making it easier for me to carry concealed.

Shit they wont issue them for 90% plus of their own residents.
I certainly wouldn't expect to be issued any permit even if you play their game and pay the freight.

I think this might be referring to a nonresident Virginia carry permit. I have seen a similar advertisement/article on my facebook feed.

It was an email that had an address based in California, but didn't mention a state such as CA or VA. It almost implied it was good nationwide (70%). ^Hogg looks like a Hitlerjugend.
