    Default Pistol with arm brace.

    Ladies and Gentleman.
Does having a pistol with an arm brace and a rifle of the same platform and caliber, in the same house, violate atf (lower case intentional) "guidelines".
I.E. an AR based pistol with a brace and a full sized AR?
Or a AR9 pistol, with a brace, in the same house as a full size AR15?
The reason I'm asking is the stock on the rifle and the brace on the pistol might be interchangeable.

NO they are two separate weapons classifications unless you go and physically change the set up the pistol to an SBR.
