Default Pa Instant Check System query

I have been waiting 67 days now for the final answer to my challenge paperwork that I had to submit. I called them 4 days ago and haven't gotten a response yet. Now, according to the rules of their system in place I was supposed to have a final answer within 60 days of their receipt of my challenge form. 60 days, not 60 business days. Any idea what my recourse could be since they failed to give me a decision within their own set time frame ?

You should contact a gun lawyer for a consultation to see where you stand.
You can send a message to GunLawyer001 and ask for a consultation.

Thank you for the suggestion. I had planned on contacting a gun rights lawyer if I was denied, but since I haven't gotten any answer at all yet I dont want to jump the gun on going that route yet.

I don't speak for Phil, but I have noticed that he will sometimes give people free advice if it's not a complicated issue.
Never hurts to send him a message and see what he says.

I messaged him and gave him my story. As you said, it can't hurt to ask and see what he thinks. Thanks again.

Different PA gov body (PA Dept of Revenue) took 243 days to process and accept my late mother's estate tax form (REV 1500), which I filed on time (within 9 months of date of death). Their slow response pushed closing the estate into the 2nd year, requiring me to submit a statement to the Federal IRS with the estate income tax return explaining why it took more than two years to settle the estate. I explained that PA Dept of Revenue took ~ 8 months to acknowledge and accept the REV 1500 return, and for more information, please contact the slow, lazy fucks at (PA Dept of Revenue, address, phone number). That was verbatim, too.
