Leather loops I know, but what are leather clips?
Does the OP mean loops, or possibly metal clips wrapped in leather?

Wright leather works, choose leather loops or metal clips or both. However they are pricey.

Leather loops are generally only used with holsters outside the waistband because of the physical orientation to the belt.
Inside the waistband holsters usually incorporate clips.
There are inside the waistband holsters that use leather loops with snaps, but they tend to be somewhat bulky.
We may be able to point you in the right direction with a better idea of what you're trying to achieve with your holster re type of daily carry, clothes, comfort, etc.
