    dick's has the henry ar-7's for $249.99
cabela's has them for $259.99, but there's 15% off gift cards you can buy that'd bring the price down to about $221 per.

I’ll second the Kahr. They are a Pennsylvania company and Mr Moon did come to the 2nd amendment rally.

If I'm not mistaken, it is not considered straw purchasing (ie, you are the actual buyer) if you are purchasing the firearm as a gift. Though PA issues with handguns still apply.

    Usual IANAL disclaimer.

How about the little NAA mini revolvers. That's something different and in the price range.

So you are going to the Poconos

Take a ride to the Tommy Gun Warehouse aka Kahr factory outlet and gun store... or any other LGS, plenty out that way. Tell them the limit you will pay upto.. have them pick out their weapon, fill out the forms, and you pay at the register.
Get a pile of rags, cleaner/lube and go shooting at the lake house.. then they all take their firearms home with them

That thread was about asking them to be my groomsmen. I ended up making wooden boxes, cutting foam and putting a zippo, a little bottle of alcohol and a nice belt in each of them.

This is a gift for actually being my groomsmen. It's crazy I forgot I even made that thread, haha Im so busy with work, my side work and planning a wedding it's insane.

Instead of some low-budget firearm....why not consider a nice leather belt/holster for their choice of carry?
