    That's so, 1990s. Maryland tried that with Virginia back then. Virginia gave Maryland the bird and kept on selling their firearms as prescribed by their laws.

    Based on the serial # of the weapon.
    They should be able e tell us where the mfg.originally shipped the weapon too
    I'd rather have a gun in my hand then a cop on the phone.
