Know what’s NOT awesome?? When you are 100 miles from your house, and realize you forgot your 260 Remington reloads! Literally the ONLY thing I was concerned about testing.....and I forgot all the ammo for it! Hope everyone else’s day hasn’t started on as unfortunate conditions as my own! Oh well. My son will have a good time shooting.

It was great seeing old faces, and meeting new ones, especially the ones I've interacted with here for years but never met. A lot of fun.

WOW! What a great time. THANK YOU ALL. As my first event it was great to meet so many of you 'in person' finally.

2) Thanks to everyone who shared their guns, expertise and conversation. Particular shout-outs to EmptyMag, Hodgie & TooBigToFit for being so happy to share their toys with my dad and I. Each of you has contributed at least one new item to my 'wish list'...

3) General apology to the gang: the last-minute/on a motorcycle/unhealthy father in tow nature of my attendance meant I showed up with a couple pistols, some ammo and some iced tea and little else, then had to leave fairly early. I absolutely owe y'all a better "contribution" to the event next time!
