Bacon, the Kiss of Death.

My cholesterol used to be 195 to 215 when I didn't limit cholesterol-containing foods. Today, it's 145-165 WITHOUT medication by cutting out bacon altogether (gives me indigestion anyway) along with red meat, ham, cold cuts, butter, ice cream, and pretty much anything that has a cholesterol or trans fat / lipid number on the "Nutrition Fiction" label on the packaging.

Don't get me wrong, I still have a grilled burger at home once or twice a month, and we'll have a steak about once a month.

But bacon? It's been YEARS.

Thanks Lou. Thats everything I have and I've been trying to condense, modify, or change the supports to make it as simple and modular as I can.
I don't care about replacement of wood etc. It's lighter than the original steel verticals I had .

I just finished loading the steel, tables, canopy. I'm bringing contractor garbage bags, hand cleaner, paper towels. The water, ice and bacon will be early.

I'm also going to wash out a 5 gallon water jug. It'll be clean but nonpotable in case someone wants to rinse bacon grease off their fingers.
Real men just wipe that off on new friends by patting them on the back but i'll do it for the children.

Just about it. Guns, ammo and whatever comes to mind. Bug spray.

I think EM and I will hit a local Mickey D's so we can get there with enough time to set everything up.
