i heard of a story that a lgs told of a new atf agent going to a house in pa to see if the guy was straw buying and being shown like 10 safes and the guy said welcome to central pa .

This pretty much tells you that this study tells you dick, its incomplete, best guess and in no way accurate, so a magic 8 ball is more accurate.
