FWIW I got mine in 2017 & I hear that 2018's are better. As far as mine, it's the heaviest trigger I've ever shot. I've never shot a TAVOR SAR but they sound about the same when people describe them.

I find myself looking sometimes to make sure the safety is off just because the trigger is so heavy/stiff. I've read/viewed/heard that they were 11+ lbs. I don't have a trigger gauge. Lots of videos for DIY spring replacements. Honestly I think I'll just adapt and get used to it. I'm don't intend any precision shooting with it.

Now I'm seeing a video that they are 6ish lbs on newer models.

You literally could attach a sludge hammer to any other trigger out there. And it would still be lighter then a stock evo trigger. First thing I did for mind was spring kit and polish. It’s like cutting warm soft butta now. Lol

That’s pretty surprising especially coming from CZ. I’m a huge CZ fan and would like a scorpion pistol but they are too pricy for me and i rarely see them on the 2nd hand market which says a lot about it’s quality.

I just did the spring kit and it's a vast improvement, a little gritty. I imagine your polishing is icing on the cake.

Before the kit, I measured mine at 8 pounds, after, about 4.5 pounds.

There's a lot of variance in the trigger pulls in these it seems.

Minus the fun bits, CZ claims the scorpion was imported as is from the auto version..., which makes it a military/police gun, which seems to usually mean heavy trigger.

I really like the Scorpion, but I favor the MPX.

If I'd ever get my stamp, I'll get to decide which one I prefer.

I have to say that I'm amazed that the HEAVY bolt in the Scorpion can just ride in that polymer frame without chewing it up

I don’t have anything to measure the pull of my trigger. But it probably one of the lightest pulls I own.

There are videos popping up o. Facebook of people who got these triggers and shooting them, and wow I am impressed so far.
