BTW.....having a population of 1 million or more is what makes it first class. Philly is steadily losing population. Keep an eye on its true population...they have reasons to hide the figures if they drop below the million. I think there should be dancing in the streets if they lose first class.
What would be the official count to make Philly lose "city of the first class" status? The 2020 census count? If so, you've still got a long wait.

In Delaware County, you can apply for renewal 2 months before expiration. They actually sent me a notice in the mail.
A Russian tale: Prince Igor is hunting in the woods in the dead of winter. The icy wind makes his eyes tear. A bird turns to another bird and says,"Look! He's crying!" The other bird says,"Don't watch his eyes, watch his hands."

Actually we're gaing population. Went up last year, not very much but a positive number vs negative. We'll be 1st class for a long time.
Are you gonna fish or just hold that dynamite?

I renewed in Berks County yesterday. In and out in less than ten minutes. It was at the Sheriff's Office in the Reading Regional Airport. My LTCF expired on the 23rd, the SO was closed at the airport that day, so I went to Winterthur to see an Honus Wagner baseball card.

I renewed in Lehigh county on June 12th and the card came today. It had expired on the tenth so I expected a delay.
