It could trigger a war...years ago PA came up with an axle tax on all out of state trucks and many other states came out with an axle tax on PA trucks only.

Once again, one more reason to pass Constitutional Carry in PA and every other state and shut this crap down.

Ideally this could be done via incorporation of the 2nd Amendment under the 14th Amendment's Due Process clause, but passing Constitutional Carry in all 50 states should be a top priority too.

I suggest you read the law you cited. The part about the VA. AG. Then this article, when the Va. AG decided that PA and many other states permits would no longer be honored. It doesn't mention any new legislation.

That article is from 2015. The statute that says the State honors all permits went into effect July 2016.

The Virginia Attorney General went off his rocker, so Virginia's legislature delivered a big Fuck You to the VA AG by passing a universal recognition bill through with threat of over turning of a governor's veto.

Is there *ANY* chance of the PA legislature doing the same?

Also, I'm having trouble finding clarity of what my status is now. Am I back to legally OC'ing on my UT/NH permits?

Now, if the U.S. legislature delivered a big FUCK YOU to the U.S. AG, and pass a universal recognition bill, well that would be ...
