Re: Reciprocity Agreement with Virginia terminated
Liberals cry---"we need back ground checks and training for people to carry"!!!
Okay---Virginians are background checked and require training and that's still not enough....Tells you their real intentions, they don't want anyone carrying or owning guns. They'll chip away, chip away and chip away. This has to stop!
I wonder if this is a coupe to get the legislature in VA to "change the rules" so VA does not allow every licensed carrier to carry in VA."I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery." Thomas Jefferson

Re: Reciprocity Agreement with Virginia terminated
This is so confusing and makes no sense
So to sum this crap up PA residents with permits can still happily Go to VA but VA resident has to get a VA permit then travel to PA to apply for a Non-resident to be legal

Re: Reciprocity Agreement with Virginia terminated
Yes, and furthermore Va. honors any state's permit, even NJ, NY, IL, MD, even though they don't honor Va. So this affects Va. residents with Va. resident permits, but not Pa. residents. It appears that Va. has essentially instituted constitutional carry, but with a permit from any state, resident or non-resident. From the USACARRY map. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. IANAL

Re: Reciprocity Agreement with Virginia terminated
Somehow Pennsylvania keeps electing antigun democrat attorney generals who have the power to eliminate reciprocity agreements and make it diffuclt for some people to get carry permits. Constitutional carry would nullify the ag quite nicely on this issue.
