Edit:i see it was very clearly spelled out before op remade topic.
working in retail in a heating chain, we will get someone every now and then who will make the rounds through each location and often through most of the employees, trying to fish out the answer they want to hear as opposed to the correct answer.
the nerve of some people, i always say "question everything" but when someone shows you how it needs to be, where it says it and answers what happens when you dont do it that way, yet refuses to accept the answer.
