Pardon Vs Expunged Record L.T.C.F

2013 I was charged with 3rd degree misdemeanor in bensalem, Pennsylvania. Harrassment- communicating in anonymous manner with no legitimate reason.

Woman..

My attorney got it down to (4 summary offenses)

Next summer will be 5 years and I'm eligible for expungement.

If I get it expunged will police and the gun permits unit still be able to find out about it so I will have to answer (yes) when asked if I was ever arrested.

And get hit with the "character clause"

What if I get a PARDON?

Can police still find your record?

If I get a PARDON can I legally answer no when renewing my L.T.C.F in 5 years when asked if I ever been convicted of a crime?

Maybe get a better attorney that can answer those questions...
