IMO he may be in deeper than he let on. His question was answered fair and square in his first thread on the subject. If he took his ball and went home so be it. His AR and victimgirlfriend are probably in the trunk side by side. Why not an AR pistol? Cant buy one, maybe he is prohibited and he knows it. I would bet my bottom dollar on it!

might just drop it or pay a lawyer to handle the whole process. wind up being charged with ?harassment? or worse again.

my bad, i missed the original link when i originally was viewing topic on my phone. thanks for reposting it.
Edit:i see it was very clearly spelled out before op remade topic.
working in retail in a heating chain, we will get someone every now and then who will make the rounds through each location and often through most of the employees, trying to fish out the answer they want to hear as opposed to the correct answer.
the nerve of some people, i always say "question everything" but when someone shows you how it needs to be, where it says it and answers what happens when you dont do it that way, yet refuses to accept the answer.
