And the idiots in Deerfield Park, Illinois just listed my Hi-Point carbine as an assault weapon.

A Hi-Point carbine only has a 10-round magazine, can only fire in semi-automatic mode, and only fires pistol-caliber rounds (9mm Luger, .40-cal. S&W, or .45 ACP).

These people are on drugs! Or drink heavily! Or both!

The Left loves shopping for judges, especially the kind that will rule in their favor...regardless of the facts.

A buddy of mine practices Law, if you want to call it that, and told me he never went to court not knowing the outcome. Shopping for the right judge is just the beginning, coupled with picking a venue and jury. Stacking the odds comes to mind.

Ah the old "the founders only ever intended for muskets not AR-15s so that's all you get" argument. The founders didn't foresee the internet, MSNBC, CNN, smartphones, etc either, so for the 1st Amendment all that gets taken away and people can only use a ink quill pen and a soapbox to stand on.

Important to note, he defended it as a state matter, not federal, and I think only for a certain circuit.

As I've stated many times before, rulings like this aren't because these judges aren't familiar with the 2nd amendment and it's intent it's because they are demonstrating their defiance against the US Constitution. They believe the Constitution no longer applies to them and their rulings.

If the Founding Fathers were here. This judge would be hung in front of the courthouse as a traitor to the Constitution and the Republic.

The government ruling (infringing) on the Second Amendment is like the wolves telling the sheep they don't really need the sheepdog. Hell, no wolf has eaten a sheep in a long while. Stop being paranoid!
