    Default LTCF fees

I am currently in the process of submitting my application and all of a sudden I came across the county fees and am now wondering why the there is such a huge difference in fees. In Carbon it is $31 and in Philadelphia its $19. Does anyone know?

Philly is now $25, not $19. I'm not sure when the rate change happened, but it was prior to August 8, 2008.

This is one thing Philly does right. My LTCF is of the DL variety, and was included in the $25 fee.

The statutory fee for a LTCF is $19+$5+$1 = $25. And that is for the paper license on the official PSP form. The Sheriff can charge in addition for reducing to wallet size, laminating, and/or for a plastic drivers license card.
