Recommend One Non-Ninja CQC Class or Course in Philly

    Wish list:

    1. Course/class has reasonable local availability (it's great that you took that 'Hand-to-hand combat for the armed defender' class with Masaad 12 years ago, but he does not come here often)
    2. You must have personally attended the class. I appreciate your feedback.
    3. No nonsensical Ninja stuff like joint lock knife disarms, "always shoot-to-kill" or using live weapons on the mat reared its ugly head.
    4. Training did not ignore legal/ethical considerations of defense.

Anything worth spending my hard earned dollars on?

Edit: I ask because there is no shortage of "Self defense" courses and classes in/near Philly. Just for Krav (last I checked) there were multiple competing options, all claiming to be the realer than the other. So I do appreciate any personal experience on local (SEPA) options.

One hundred twenty three views, not a single reply.

So either no one here currently trains near Philly in any practical realistic martial art (No Martial Blade Craft, no practical Jujitsu, no real Krav Maga) which would be a real pity since most of you are carrying a firearm or ... you tell me.

    I'm confused.
The OP is looking for non-ninja hand to hand with gun component, or just non-ninja hand to hand?

    Thread is offensive to ninjas.

Don't tell Frank Dux, or it's gonna get messy.

I loved him in those 80's ninja movies
I would sell my left nut to reincarnate Bruce Lee and see him go a few rounds with Frank Dux.
That would have been an epic battle.
