    Default SOLD Higher ground tactical

A few days ago I saw HGT was sold. I forgot to post this. Does anyone have any clues as to what will be going in the old shop? My hope is for another gun shop. The place has struggled over the years since the original owner passed away. Perhaps someone with a good business sense will take it over. The location has so much potential.
Aggies Coach Really ??? Take off the tin foil bro.

The property includes the catering/event place and has been for sale for quite a while. (even before HGT closed) I am not optimistic, but there is a chance someone gun friendly bought it with the realization that the range is a viable business opportunity. If so it should not take long for it to become known.

Last $ I saw was 1.3M for both. Bit much for a range that is nowhere near EPA specs.

IDK what it went for. Maybe the new owners will straighten that out. With proper management that place could make some real money.

Came across some news about the property in a group for wedding vendors on Facebook.

The property will be used as a catering/wedding and event venue called "Gather Meetings & Events" opening sometime in the summer.

So what's that make of the gun range? The old wedding place was called the Waterfalls IIRC. The gun shop was separate. It would be nice of the new owners will rent the gun shop.

I'm not really familiar with the location. I have a side job in the wedding industry and did work for a place based in Emmaus, but I've never spent enough time in the area to really get to know it.

The people that are opening up the events venue have an existing business in the area called "29 Cooks." In their announcement about the new venture, they referenced the Waterfalls and the gun range. Don't know if they are planning to use the entire property or just mentioned it as a reference point. I've never been there, so I have no idea how the property is laid out or size.
