This more than just about anything should be a wake up call that the 2nd is vulnerable. Vermont and Florida were two of the states I would have looked into moving to when I retire if things went bad for the 2nd in Pa. The governor of Vermont said he would not sign ny anti legislation but flip flopped literally over night.

We have a lot of borderline legislators in Pa, Vermont shows it will not take much to get some of them to flop. Our choices and votes are becoming more important.
    Thanks.
    Sounds unenforceable.

Q: When did you buy these 30 round magazines?

    A: Before they were banned.

    Oh.

I have a boatload of USGI 30s from the 1994-2004 "Ban" era that are date stamped, and I'm expecting that if mag capacity legislation should ever become law in PA (with grandfathering), these dated mags will answer any question as to their age.

I get the feeling antis will eventually push for mag registration if they can't get an outright ban on higher capacity mags.

The police and sheriffs testified that it's unenforceable.

Date of manufacture - not date of purchase.

Sure, down the road a bit, the numbers may not "add up" if you didn't buy before the "ban", but I don't know that all mags are dated. Gonna go look at my various brands of mags now...

What part of "doing something" don't you understand? Laws don't have to be enforceable. They just need to be passed.

Then one needs to prove it in court when the mag was purchased.

This makes me feel good about the 5 Gen3 windowed PMAGs I just bought from them. Maybe I'll get some more!
