People on this thread might want to get this book called "New Jersey Gun Law" by Evan F. Nappen. I've got it and I've been to some of this guy's seminars too.

    With all due respect...
Best of luck and please let us know, not only how it works out, but how much it costs you to unfook yourself. When the time comes, not if, but when the time comes.

Positive risk is sometimes a needed evil. But foolishness is just that.

I’ll go all out on a limb and without even knowing any more about your posted book or seminars, and say Ok, it’s all true. Follow the direction given and you’re going to win. At what cost? Not only financially but criminally.

I much prefer to answer the question”have you ever been arrested?” With a firm No. Rather than having to explain anything further.

Guns and travel thru N.J. is just a no-no.

Didn't you already start a thread on this exact same topic.

    Maybe it's just my paranoia?

NJ gun owners are our own worst enemy. Until lately, new gov seems to want to out do our paranoia with real reason to be paranoid.

FOPA is a defense in states like Jersey, which means you have to be arrested first.

The only time I make a post that's similar to a previous post is if I posted the previous post a long time ago when it should by now be forgotten.
