Possibly because of not having finger grooves you are gripping it just a little differently thus the different POI.

Do like Larry Vickers says and drift the rear sight to compensate for the off trigger pull if you know it’s not your technique.

Rest it on some sand bags or your range bag and see if its you or the gun.

    Replace the springs.

I would have another shooter run it first.
I would think springs have been replaced but you never know.
Let me ask a question on the springs.
What effect would old springs have on shot placement?
I would think more on the order of Xringshooters post or rear sight out of place.
Opinions are like anal apertures. They all stink but mine.

    Here's an interesting find.
On GT, a guy bought a Gen 3 G34 which was shooting left, drifted his rear sight but still shot left.
His other 5 Glocks ran fine.
He purchased a Lone Wolf locking block for $35 which apparently fixed his problem (machined as oposed to OEM MIM).
Makes me wonder how that internal part could affect POI.

If shooting left, and the reason is trigger control due to trigger function, it would seem to me that shooting with the other hand should place the shots right. Tried it?

That locking block was an interesting post on GT.I will invest in the up graded block and see.I own several Glock and every one shoots point of aim dead center and with 2-3 inch groups at 15 yards so its not my trigger control at all.I also put the slip on hougue grip to simulate hold like my gen 3 4 s.will let you all know how it works out !
