What is it with a war on those who are, btw, in great numbers and with large war weapons and equipment, are ORDERED OR ELSE, to confiscate your arms?

All that is needed is to concentrate on the few who lives among us, WHO MADE THE DAMN UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW, We all know where they live.

And winning or losing is not the issue anyway, its the act of defiance itself.
If the South had more firepower (ie factories to churn out guns) the result might have been different.
Great Britain was the world superpower at that time.

The British tried before them, and were also a world, military power. They left a lot of Enfields there.

So there's estimates of between 80-120 million gun owners in the US. If we went with the 3% of the past, that would mean between 2.4 and 3.6 million people to stand up to the military.

Even if I granted the government that 60-70% of the military would follow orders to invade the homeland and kill Americans, that's a pretty sizable force for them to contend with.

Yep...Obviously they should leave us alone then, we're no danger.

I am under attack by an enemy.

Do I defend myself against the enemy using insufficient armaments against hard targets?
Do I defend myself against the enemy using sufficient armaments against soft targets?
Do I defend myself against the enemy with no armaments?

    Tough decision.

The Afghans had Stinger missiles supplied by the U.S.
