    Default EXTAR EP9 - 9mm AR-ish pistol

Saw it on gun.deals and decided to order one. I'm currently all about 9mm Glock mag stuff. I already have an ATI Milsport 9mm pistol but, while this is admittedly uglier, it's like 2lbs lighter and $200 cheaper. $419 plus $20 shipping.
I'll update once I have it in hand and put some rounds through it.

Interesting. Good thing he didn't shoulder that brace in the video... LOL. Let us know how you like it.

That's a Cool little set up, I'm definitely interested in seeing how well it runs. Once my cousin also my FFL gets back from vacation I'm planning on ordering a PAK-9 9mm Romanian built AK. They come set up for Beretta 92 mags but can easily convert to Glock mags which I am knee deep in. They are easily moded and you can do some pretty cool things with them. They are also around the $450.00 Mark.

Still waiting for a cheaper 9mm pistol that is reported to run 100%. FX9 seems to have occasional issues, PSA as well. Milsport 9 I haven't heard any negatives. Even the Ruger PC Carbine showed issues in Hickok's videos.

Isn't that more of an AK-ish pistol?

I picked up my EP9 from my FFL today....

I slid on the included Brace & G19 Pmag...

I popped on a cheap dot sight & a $10 ebay finger stop...

Here it is with my ATI Milsport pistol, the EP9 is definitely lighter...

I cleaned any shipping gunk off of the bolt and per the instructions left everything dry & un-lubed. I took it to the range & ran a box or Wolf & a box of Tula thru it with 98% success. I had two Wolf rounds fail to feed correctly, one with the Pmag & one with the (unreliable in EVERYTHING I've tried) clear ETS mag. It ran perfectly with both ammos in Glock factory 17 & 33 round mags. I also tried a few Freedom Munitions 115 grain reloads in the Glock mags. I could feel that they weren't loaded as hot as the russian stuff but it still ran fine. Also the bolt locked back on every empty mag. It's a Fun Gun!

I've taken this out again & it's run flawlessly with Glock factory mags. It just alot of fun. The Pak-9 was mentioned above, this is cheaper since it already includes the brace & it's 2lbs lighter.
