My cousin is a Nigerian Prince. He has one he will sell you, but it's in a safety deposit box. It's never been fired, still in the box. He needs to pay the bill at the bank, to get it unlocked. Unfortunately all of his funds are tied up right now. Maybe you guys can work something out.

Re: Can a PA resident buy a gun in NJ?
Owning a house or land in another state doesn't make you a dual resident. You are a resident of the state that you currently reside in, and states can lean towards your ID as proof of residency(if your drivers license says PA, they can treat you as a PA resident).
The only dual residents recognized by law are college students. Not even military personnel are dual residents - they are resident of where ever state they are stationed in regardless as to where they are from.
Since your profile says you are from SE PA, which would be fare to make the assumption that you are a PA resident - private transfers across state lines would violate federal law. So, a FFL is required to facilitate the transfer.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515
