If credit cards were used in the purchase, they will be able to put a name with the purchase. Then, with that list, say they have probable cause for a warrant to search and seize them from citizens.

Comparing a highly skilled shooter with what I'm sure was a custom trigger set-up to a guy with a bump stock. Kind of proves that a bump stock can make a average shooter as fast as a highly skilled one.
