    It was in 2013

Charged with sending emails to a girl numerous times. Harrasment communicating repeatedly in an anonymous manner

It was originally 3rd degree misdemeanor my attorney got it down to (4 summary offenses)

I just won my appeal last week here In Philadelphia because I when applied for renewal in June was denied.

But am I gonna have to appeal every 5 years now and get a lawyer which cost me $$$$ every 5 years?

You could just move out of filthy and save the money spent on a Lawyer. They are hitting you with the character clause. They suck and hold stuff over you for life, on second thought just move!

    More than likely.

That is the way Philly works. They will deny you over the arrest, and will deny you for being honest after the record is expunged. Their attitude is to make it difficult so you give up, or go broke.
IMO you should proceed with expunging the record and move out of Philly.......win win.

Residents have not been able to lawfully carry on non resident licenses for years now.
Hope you're not still doing this.

That is no longer an option in PA.

To be clear, he is saying that *PA* residents can't carry on a non-res, not just Philly residents.

While moving out of Philly before applying for LTCF makes it more likely to get one, the fact that you have been denied previously - if it should come up - would be non-helpful.

If you are denied again - technically, until you are approved and in possession of your LTCF - you may not carry legally in PA as a resident of PA.
