Expungment Philadelphia L.T.C.F (Question)

Hi just checking Next summer I will expungment my record from 2013 summary offense.

When I apply for my c.c.w, can I answer NO (when asked if I ever been conficted) of a crime?

I don't want to give false information but does an expungment mean I can say NO on the gun permit application or can they still find out and should I be honest.

I'd advise you to answer those questions honestly as lying could be used against you and hurt your chances of receiving an approval notice.

Especially in Philly, you can say you were convicted, but the conviction was nullified by expungement on <<date>>. I have never heard of a Summary expungment. AL1983 what specifically were you arrested for? Are you sure it wasn't a Misdemeanor? I don't think you are trying to deceive us, laws and charges can be quite confusing.
