I recommend hitching up the work wagon to the horse.

I just randomly used “van” as an example. Same statement, any vehicle you want. Purchase of 1000 pounds is more likely to raise suspicion than purchase of a one pound bag.

But answering your question...you could always rent a Ryder truck.

Purchasing half a ton of fertilizer for cucumbers? That's a lot of cucumbers !

300 rounds of ammunition is a lot? Well, it was in Connecticut. Out here in Pennsyltucky I doubt it would raise an eyebrow.

But should buying 1000lbs be considered suspicious? I live out here in farm land, it isn't uncommon to need that much. Where do we draw the line on what is considered suspicious where we introduce the government into the lives of another? I've been getting lots (about 100) of packages from china that contain a variety of electronic components. Many of which could possibly be used to construct a device that would release large amounts of chemical energy, or they could be used to build a robot. Should I get a visit from the FBI?

Sure the FBI sounds like they got lucky with this particular case, but it certainly doesn't make up for their past repeated failures to take things seriously, and I certainly don't want to live in a country where buying some ammo and camping supplies triggers a phone call from the minimum wage schmuck at Walmart.

For fuck's sake they sell 1200 round cans of 9mm. Has .22 be scarce for so long that nobody can remember buying 3 or 4 brinks at a time?

This is what I’m talking about. This clown was the one who set this in motion.

I really hope this doesn’t become common place. My minimum primer order is 10k. Powder is like 16 lbs.

Only if you buy pipe and pipe caps at the same time.

Suppliers know their customers. Buying 1000# at one time is not uncommon.

It is also posted that suspicious buying will be turned over to authorities.
