Im trying to respond to classifieds via PM to purchase things but i cant seem to figure out how, cant find the option. Is ability to PM tied to post count?

You probably need a minimum number of posts before you can PM a user. I do not know what that number is.

I've never heard that to be the case.
Been a while since I was on the other side of the screen though.

I understand. FYI posts made in the lounge don't count towards your total so you'll need to make some posts in other areas.

There are several places, but you can click on the user name of the person you want to message and the option to send a private message should be there to click on.

Or you can go to your "User Control Panel" (now known as "Settings" at the top of the page), and select Send Private Message - this way though, you would need to type the name of the person you want to send to.


Note that I hit the "report post" button so that the staff will SEE this thread and can determine if there's an issue on your end, or otherwise assist.

Figured it iut after reading the thread about issues posting from mobile, works fine on full site. Ty for the help

Glad you found it; the mobile version does give up some functionality for convenience.
