Chop, Pin, and Weld an A2 on an AR15 in the Wilkes Barre area?
Hey,
I just bought an Anderson AM15 and want to get the barrel chopped to 14.7 inches, and permenantly attach a stock A2 flash hider.
I live in Mountain Top, Pa and was wondering if there was anyone local who has done this? And maybe get a price.
Thanks.

It would probably be cheaper and a nicer job to just get a 14.5" barrel and have a flash hider pinned and welded to it.

I agree with ed. Just watch your length and be positive that the person doing the work knows your intentions. Give the length a 1/4" min.
To each their own but is it worth it? Most economical would be to buy a pre done barrel I would assume. Just my $0.02
