Nope, and if they were to start it here in Lancaster, I'd seriously have second thoughts about renewing. Why should I have to submit fingerprints? What purpose does it serve other than to have your printed listed in the FBI database with criminals?

I do not remember who it is, but he was advising that you can now get your permit while you wait in Levittown as of the last week or so which is an improvement in service. Perhaps someone could direct a question directly as his responses on here seem to have been pretty straight forward so far. The article suggests he wants more manpower for these sites. I don't know about the rest, but the answer may be in the asking.

Are you sure about that? Might have been the old sheriff. This new one sounds like he was trained by the Phila Gun Permit Unit.
