Default Things are looking up for assault rifles

Saw it on several MSM....President is having a committee study whether assault rifles should be sold to people 21 and older. That would be great if it turns out we can buy them. Wonder if that would do away with the tax stamp...

I don't think they mean what you mean. What you mean and what they mean is two different things. It all comes down to what you mean, not what they mean. Do you know what I mean?

This is a reply I sent to several libturds recently:
Sorry libs, but t is really simple...the 2A in toto: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."*
Some definitions for those who attended college (brain laundry):*
Militia....the whole of the People, except for a few gvt officials. [Not just the 5-OH or feds or NGs]
Regulated:.. equipped like a std foot soldier with proper hand-held weapons..
Right....a thing existing b4 the country was founded, and ordained by God.*
People....the population of able-bodied CITIZENS: men and women, [non-incarcerated]...*
ARMS....the various weapons 'hand-carried' by the average 18 yr old soldier of the Army. [Pistols, rifles, including the M4 rifle or the M14 rifle and so on]. Yes, including light machine guns! Not nukes, not tanks or jet fighters. 'Hand carried' is the key phase. See, the modern laws prohibiting guns for folks under 21 are..unconstitutional too.
    Infringed..abrogated, lessened, prohibited.
    Keep....Buy and OWN
Bear....Carry and shoot, concealed or openly..in defense of country, city, family, self and kin.*
The SOCUS can easily interpret various laws as they come b4 it..IF they do not meet the above 2A rules, they are UNconstitutional at the outset. Simple.*
We have ~~22,000+ "gun laws" in the USA...most are already UNconstitutional and should be null and void. Not many folks know that owning a shotgun w an 18" barrel is "legal" but owning one with a barrel 17 7/8" long demands a $200 tax and a FBI background check and finger prints and a ~6 month wait for "approval" This is ridiculous crap. Gvt sez a rifle with a 16" barrel is OK, yet one must hop thru the same hoops if one wishs to buy a rifle with a barrel 15 7/8th" long. A semi-automatic AR15 costs about ~$700+/- retail..a Army M4 (same as the AR with added $10 parts) costs the same to BUILD but gvt rules make the M4 cost $20,000 in the civilian market. It is a shame.

Founders and legislators thoughtfully create laws, and others thoughtfully find novel interpretation, create end-runs, or simply ignore the law. There are two kinds of people that ignore laws. One is called an outlaw and is prosecuted for it, the other is a politician and is exempt from prosecution beyond loss of votes....free to get elected again.
