I have been fine with cleaning the groves, and making sure the sight bases where flat-paper sand a bit, and a brass punch, but I picked up a NcStar VTUPRS dirt cheap They are still on $40 and figured I would give it a try its actually worked well on a most but not all things I used it on. Its worked really well as just a range drift rig if I do sights for someone. Remember sights are not suppose to be very hard to push in if it comes to a stop there is usually a reason for it.
    Hell is other people

Dovetails will usually have a taper to them, so make sure you're putting it in the right way. Generally, take them out left to right, put them in right to left (oriented as looking down the sights, so basically, remove in the same direction as cartridge case ejection). It may differ for some guns though, so double check with the power of Google.
