    Glock 19. Because it's what I have.
Is there an echo in here?

Shoot them all. See what works. I'll second the pinch factor doing fast reloads with a compact Glock. Can't figure it out. I get the same heel pinches using a g32 and a g 23.

Prior to a group shoot, make it known in that thread which pistols you would like to try. You would likely be able to shoot many of them. Bring some ammo of whatever caliber you want to shoot.

    Good luck.

Touch it, hold it, insert things into it's cavity and play with the buttons and levers.

I recently purchased the M&P 2.0 and I really love it. Very comfortable to conceal, and it's accurate and reliable. I have a full size M&P 45 that I like also, but it is not easy or comfortable to conceal. There are lots of good guns out there. Nothing wrong with the Glock or Springfield pistols either, I just prefer the S&W guns.

I recently bought the 5" m&p 2.0 in 9mm and love it. Ill be buying the 4.25 next unless they come out with a subcompact. They are about 100$ less then a comparable Glock and the grip is very nice. The 5" i got is extremely accurate, but 5" makes it almost as large as a 1911.... my buddy got the 4.25 and i just seems a ton smaller even thought its only 3/4 and inch.
I will add nothing will ever replace my G26 w magpul 12 rd mags as my EDC. It is also crazy accurate for its size.

Great choice, but it depends on hand size and experience. My EDC is a P2000sk, which took a while to get used to, even coming from a G27 or G30. That extra grip width came in handy.

OP, all of what you mentioned are great choices, with different uses and styles. Go somewhere that will let you try them all, and make the decision that way. The best choice is what fits you best!

Because of the Illinois Gun Dealer Licensing ACT. IFMA withdrew their opposition if they got an exemption. Springfield is one of the biggest contributors to IFMA (Rock River ARMS is the other)

As everyone else has said, you definitely have good choices there. You need to go shoot them though. Try and find a range that will rent them. Or find someone who is willing to let you throw some lead down range with theirs. It's the only way you'll know for sure. Good luck and keep us posted on the purchase!!

I thought that too until I tried a H&K VP9. I like the grip better, I can rack the slide easier, I hit everything I aim at. Try one I think you'll like it.
